ICMAD Sponsors Entrepreneur Workshop at HBA

The Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors Association (ICMAD) has selected four top notch professionals to share their expertise at a seminar during the HBA 2003 Health and Beauty America show at the Jacob Javits Center on Oct. 1, 2003, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The topic of this seminar is “Building Your Company from Concept to Market.” This session is designed to guide entrepreneurs through the financial aspects of launching and/or expanding a successful business.

Howard Hirsch, chief executive officer of Kosma-Kare/Waterjel will address “Building a successful business: twenty tips for entrepreneurs.” Monika E. Harrison, chief, human capital office at the U.S. Small Business association will speak on “Obtaining financing and technical assistance for your company: an inside look at SBA programs.”

Larry Kneip, vice president of Interchange Bank, will cover “Financing Your Business: An Overview of the Loan Review Process and Due Diligence by a Lender.” Trae Bodge, co-founder and creative director of Three Custom Color Specialists, will discuss “Three Custom Color: An Entrepreneurial Case Study.”
