Inter Parfums, Inc. has announced its guidance for 2005. The company anticipates net sales of $280 million, a 23% increase compared to 2004’s estimated net sales. Primary reasons for the growth are the continued success of Burberry Brit for men, the launch of new fragrances for Celine, Christian Lacroix and Lanvin, a continued geographic roll-out of Paul Smith London and the full-year contribution of Lanvin Fragrances, acquired in July.

The company will implement organizational changes effective Jan. 1, including a dedicated Burberry product development, marketing and distribution division; a predominantly media-driven advertising and marketing strategy and a redesigned cost sharing initiative with distributors.
