Interparfums España, Inter Parfums’ wholly owned Spanish subsidiary, will team up with Clarins’ Madrid-based subsidiary, Clarins Espagne.

The five-year, renewable agreement is effective July 1, and follows the agreement that Clarins and Inter Parfums signed last year to join forces in the U.S. The deal will see the two Spanish companies share an expanded sales force in the region, along with sharing administrative services and office facilities.

Inter Parfums’ fragrance and cosmetics licenses include Burberry, Jimmy Choo and Paul Smith, and the company owns Lanvin perfumes and Nickel, a men’s skin care brand. Clarins’ brands include the Clarins skin care label and the Thierry Mugler and Azzaro fragrance brands, alongside licenses and distribution partnerships.
