l Inwork, New York, NY, a packaging composite supplier, has re-positioned the company to provide prototypes that reflect final print production. The company now provides support to design management with tools that enhance innovation, add value and streamline the creative process.
Inwork offers its new “tools for design management,” a collection of services that complement the existing practices of project management. They include Inwork Insight, Inwork Integration, Inwork Onsite, Research Stimuli, Sales Samples and Global Standards.
The tools are activated at the start of a design project to support the process from creative all the way through final production.
“The faster the industry operates, the less people are having a chance to talk,”commented Gordon Plotkin, principal, Inwork. “We recognized the need for synergy and communication throughout the design process among design managers, design agencies, printers and separators. By getting all the players involved early and sharing concepts with consideration to the program objectives and production constraints, we are able to identify the best possible path toward the best solution.
“Our focus is providing the means to bring everyone together.”
The tools for design management can maximize the communication efforts of suppliers to increase innovation, capacity and realize cost efficiencies, Inwork executives said.
