Ipsy Merges Beauty Subscription Service with BoxyCharm

After buying the business in 2020, Ipsy will now expand its marketing and sales rosters for more consumer benefits.

Ipsy is joining forces with BoxyCharm to create the largest beauty subscription company on the market, according to the company. Until now, Ipsy and BoxyCharm operated under the same parent company, but acted as separate businesses, as reported in Happi.

The reimagined portfolio will allow Ipsy to provide their collaborative community of over 25 million members with the “best of both” subscriptions, coupling BoxyCharm’s unrivaled customer experience with personalization, customization and discovery tools, said the company.
