JB Skrub is the latest teen skincare brand to make its debut at a major beauty retailer.

JB Skrub, founded by past advertising executive Jill Biren and actress Julie Bowen three years ago, will sell 12 kits, including five ulta online exclusives at the retailer in addition to Amazon and jbskrub.com.

Per new data from Mintel, Gen Alpha’s spending power could reach $5.5 trillion by 2029, and JB Skrub is capitalizing on the current rapid growth of age-appropriate grooming.

“We are excited to partner with Ulta.com as our first retail platform because of its strong focus on providing age appropriate, trustworthy brands for young teens and its vibrant, engaged audience,” said Biren. “This partnership perfectly aligns with our mission to offer safe, gentle, and effective skincare that promotes self-care for today’s youth. Ulta’s dedication to quality and safety makes it the ideal platform to introduce JB Skrub to a broader community and inspire confidence in young skincare routines.”

JB Skrub is a dermatologist-approved, pediatrician-approved body- and skincare brand for tweens and teens whose cruelty-free formulas meet high safety standards.

The news comes on the heels of the brand’s most recent Pimple Patch launch.
