J&J Is Tops in Diversity

Colgate, L'Oréal, P&G, LVMH, BASF and Clorox also earns high marks

Johnson & Johnson was the highest ranked personal care and household product manufacturer in a recent diversity and inclusion ranking. The Thomson Reuters Diversity & Inclusion Index ranks top publicly traded companies globally with the most diverse and inclusive workplaces, as measured by 24 metrics across four categories: Diversity, inclusion, people development and news controversies.


The Index ranks 5,000 publicly-traded companies. The No. 1 company this year is Roche Holdings AG. Other household and personal care companies to crack the top 25 include: Colgate-Palmolive at No. 8; L'Oréal and Natura tied at 18; P&G, 21; LVMH, 24; and BASF SE and Clorox tied at 25.
