AII sues Lionsgate for cancelled collaboration.

Blogs have been buzzing recently over a possible collaboration between nail polish marketer China Glaze and an upcoming “Hunger Games” movie. Now, it is reported that the entertainment studio, Lionsgate, cancelled the contract with parent company American International Industries (AII) because the word got out too quickly. According to The Hollywood Reporter, AII is now suing Lionsgate for $10 million, on the grounds that the contract between the two companies was improperly terminated, and after the brand started production of the nail polish. AII is featured in Happi’s Top 50 Companies with estimated annual sales of $200 million.
