Leadership Change at CND

CEO John Heffern steps down tomorrow.

After 14 years at CND, president and CEO John Heffner is stepping down from his post to spend more time with his family, according to the company. His departure is effective tomorrow.


According to a company statement, Heffner will serve as a consultant for one year.

Following the change, CND’s management team will report directly to Sennen Pamich, president of Colomer USA and executive VP, Americas and Africa. Founder Jan Arnold will remain as the CND local leader and head of the management team.

CND co-founder Jan Arnold said, “John has been both a personal and professional friend for over 14 years.During this time, CND has experienced tremendous change and exhilarating growth. We thank John for his contributions to the business and in particular to the people, whom he valued most. We wish him the very best.”

“John is recognized for his loyalty, dedication, and friendship to CND and the Colomer Group. We respect his decision and wish him great success in his future career endeavors,” added Pamich.
