L’Oréal and Michelle Phan End Relationship

Collaborative cosmetics line sold to Phan's subscription box company.

According to several reports, L’Oréal USA has pulled the plug on its deal with Michelle Phan, the YouTube sensation who signed a major deal with the cosmetic giant back in 2013.
 
In 2013, Phan and L’Oréal launched Em, a beauty line sold online. The collection has been sold to Ipsy, a subscription box company that Phan founded in 2011.
 
According to Forbes, Ipsy raised $100 million last month to value the company at over $500 million.
