L’Oréal has initiated a voluntary recall of L'Oreal Ideal Moisture Dry and Sensitive Day cream with the lot number 20K609. The recalled lot of cream contains methylisothiazolinone (MI) at a concentration exceeding the current limit set out by Health Canada. Neither L’Oreal Canada nor Health Canada have received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of this product. Approximately 57,447 units of the recalled cosmetic products were sold at retail stores across Canada between July 2013 to February 2016, according to Health Canada.
