L’Oréal’s Dumais Leads Customer Care Group

Céline Dumais, VP-consumer care, L'Oréal Americas, has been appointed chair of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals in Business (SOCAP International), an association of Fortune 1000 customer care executives. The SOCAP board represents leaders from major brands and solution providers who share a common commitment to advancing the customer care profession and to using customer care to benefit companies and consumers alike.

“Customer service is about understanding the evolving needs of consumers, who are the most important part of every business,” said Dumais. “I'm honored to serve on the board for SOCAP, an organization composed of outstanding customer care executives, dedicated to raising the bar for customer engagement and helping our businesses thrive through best in class care.”
