Hand washing is a critical step in the effort to stop the spread of germs, and now Reckitt Benckiser if offering consumers a way to keep their hands cleaner during the process.

Citing a recent study that found soap pumps can harbor hundreds of bacteria, Reckitt Benckiser has rolled out the Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System, which automatically senses hands and dispenses antibacterial soap.

The No-Touch Hand Soap System Starter Kits—which includes the dispenser, batteries and a hand soap refill—are available in soothing cucumber splash and cleansing green tea and ginger scents for less than $10. Hand soap refills are available in both scents, plus a refreshing grapefruit essence variant.

With the Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System, families never have to touch a germy soap pump again, according to Reckitt Benckiser.

But, there’s still that door handle on the way out.
