Manscaped has clinched a Top Workplace honor from the San Diego Tribune for the third consecutive year.

The recognition is based solely on confidential employee feedback collected by third party, Energage LLC. The survey uniquely measures the employee experience across key cultural drivers, including respect, support, growth opportunities and empowerment.

The 2024 Top Workplaces award recognized 93 companies across a variety of industries, each judged by the anonymous input of their employees.

“Manscaped is the fun workplace and thriving business it is because of the amazing team behind it,” said Amy Rumbin, vice president, people at Manscaped. “Culture doesn’t happen in a vacuum; it’s created by the people who live it every day – and this award is a great reminder of how each person plays a role in shaping it. As a people-first employer brand, our focus is on supporting the growth, happiness, and well-being of every individual on our team. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that our employees feel valued, supported, and truly part of something special.”

‘A Badge of Honor’

Through ongoing programs like the peer-nominated “Spotlight Awards,” a robust mentorship program and a remote-first work culture, Manscaped says it fosters an environment where every individual contributes to the brand’s collective mission. The San Diego, CA-based company offers a comprehensive benefits package – including 401(k) plan with company match, mental health days, paid volunteer time, expanded paid parental leave – all designed to support employee well-being and work-life balance.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
