At In-Cosmetics Milan, IRB (Stand No. H36)is launching the first and unique third generation antioxidant: Marrubium vulgare stems G. This new green biotech cosmetic ingredient is able to ensure a multi-phaseprotection, through immediate antioxidant activity and long term maximization of skin self-defensive systems. Selected as one of the finalists for the “Innovation Zone Best Ingredient Award” at In-Cosmetics and also presented in a dedicated seminar, Marrubium vulgare stems G is based on Marrubium vulgare stem cells and contains forsythoside B, a strong antioxidant and potent inducer of skin endogenous defence mechanisms by activation of Nrf2 transcription factor. Forsythoside B belongs to phenylpropanoids, natural substances physiologically designed to protect the plants from environmental stresses that can be exclusively obtained by plant cell culture HTN technology.
