MeadWestvaco Corporation acquired Keltec Dispensing Systems last month. A purchase price was not disclosed. Keltec Dispensing Systems will become part of MeadWestvaco Calmar, Mead-Westvaco’s pump and spray packaging solutions business acquired in 2006. MeadWestvaco Calmar will integrate Keltec’s technology into its production facilities in North America and Asia, and will expand activity in the Drunen facility. MeadWestvaco Calmar will provide dedicated capacity and distribution capabilities to deliver these unique products to the global marketplace, and accelerate the development of additional products within the Keltec innovation pipeline.
