US Patent No. 8,992,632 B2; Method has patented a cleaning composition that is comprised of surfactant system that contains a nonionic surfactant including an ethoxylated alcohol and/or an ethoxylated fatty acid ester, and an anionic surfactant; free water; and a solvent system comprising a polyalcohol. The cleaning composition is in a form of an invert emulsion, wherein the cleaning composition present in an amount from about 9-22 grams is characterized as exhibiting about a constant cleaning efficacy when added to 69 liters of exterior water and wherein the constant cleaning efficacy corresponds to a percentage stain removal that varies by less than 10%.
