Micro Powders Appoints Senior Chemist

Micro Powders, Inc. welcomed Arvind Shah to its personal care division as senior chemist.  He will be responsible for the development of new and innovative products for skin care, color cosmetics, hair care and other applications within the personal care market.
 
Shah has over 30 years of experience in the cosmetic industry, including roles with Revlon, P&G and Avon.   He has held several positions in R&D and worked closely with global marketing, manufacturing, clinical and regulatory affairs.  Shah holds 12 patents and was the recipient of Avon’s prestigious Chairman Award.
