New Executives at Living Proof

Grace Ray of Smashbox joins as chief marketing officer.

Living Proof has announced two additions to its executive team, effective immediately.

Grace Ray has been appointed chief marketing officer, overseeing the global product strategy, brand development and strategic marketing functions for the company. Ray was most recently the vice president of global marketing for Smashbox Cosmetics. She has also had extensive leadership experience from past senior positions with L’Oréal Paris and Nestle. Ray will report directly to Jon Flint, co-founder and CEO of Living Proof and co-founder of Polaris Venture Partners, the company’s lead investor.

In addition, Edgar O. Huber has been added to Living Proof’s board of directors. Currently the executive VP of global business development for Liz Claiborne Inc., Huber has previously led other top luxury brands as CEO of Juicy Couture and president of L’Oréal Luxury Product Division Europe/U.S.
He brings to the board valuable expertise in portfolio management of global beauty brands, as well as extensive knowledge in people and resource management to create long-term sustainable growth.
