NARS is rolling out two new cosmetics this month – Precision Lip Liner and Velvet Matte Foundation Stick. NARS Precision Lip Liners ($24) are available now at NARS boutiques and narscosmetics.com. Available in 26 shades, the new creamy formula delivers a matte finish and budge-resistant color. Enriched with vitamin C, mango seed oil and a blend of waxes, the silky formula feels smooth and hydrating on lips, said the company. Meanwhile, NARS Velvet Matte Foundation Stick ($45) is available now at Sephora, at NARS boutiques and narscosmetics.com. NARS’ first foundation stick is available in 20 shades for all skin types. The new formula provides a soft matte finish that is comfortable and flexible on skin, according to NARS. The double-sided Foundation Stick features an exclusive Touch-Up Blender for on-the-go application. The removable, latex free sponge is washable and replaceable.
