NFL Branches Out Into Personal Care

New collection of team-branded bath and body items out soon.

The National Football League (NFL) is looking to score a touchdown with women sports fan. According to reports, thousands of new products—including team-branded nail polish and body lotion, amongst others—will roll out nationally.

The league is pairing up with shops such as Victoria’s Secret and Destination Maternity to sell the new products in 3,000 new stores. A $10 million marketing effort will launch with television commercials and a new website at www.nfl.com/women.

The NFL will sell more products with existing partners JC Penney, Kohl’s and Dick’s Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc. this year, and feature its wares on www.nflshop.com in mid-October, according to reports.
