NIQ Names 2024 North American Breakthrough Innovation Award Winners

NIQ has announced the recipients of its 2024 Breakthrough Innovation Awards, which it presents to the “most forward-thinking products that have made a remarkable impact on their industries, breaking through market clutter, and achieving extraordinary levels of success and vitality.”

This year, the BASES Breakthrough Innovation Awards were presented to 22 brands in North America along with two “Wavemaker” honorees—products with significant potential for future success, according to NIQ.  These award-winning products launched between 2022 and 2023.

The 2024 NIQ Breakthrough Innovation Award Winners in the US included:

• Downy Rinse & Refresh, Procter & Gamble

• ELF Halo Glow Liquid Filter, ELF Cosmetics

• Just for Men 1-Day Beard & Brow Color, Combe Incorporated

• Kristin Ess Hair, Maesa

• Lumē Deodorant, Lumē

• Mighty Patch, Church & Dwight

• Olay Skincare Body Wash, Procter & Gamble

NIQ’s “Wavemakers”

This award, which debuted last year, recognizes promising new US product launches that have demonstrated strong market velocities and potential for long-term success, according to NIQ. This year, two products were named, one of which was ELF’s Glow Reviver Lip Oil.
