Oasis Consumer Healthcare Launches New Mouthwash

Designed for Baby Boomers and older Americans.

Oasis Consumer Healthcare has launched Oasis Age Essential, an over-the-counter, clinical-strength mouthwash formula designed to support the changing mouth conditions of older adults, ages 50 years and older.


As a daily care, alcohol-free mouthwash, it is specifically designed for the oral health needs of Baby Boomers and older Americansm according to its maker. The formulations patent-pending Duration technology kills germs for 16 hours while moistening a dry mouth, freshening breath and helping prevent plaque and gingivitis, which are especially harmful as adults age.

“It’s no secret that the entire body changes with age, and adults 50 years and older have their own unique oral care needs, leaving them more susceptible to complications that include heart disease and stroke if they don’t adhere to an upgraded oral regimen,” said Brian Sokol, CEO of Oasis Consumer Healthcare. “Baby Boomers and older adults can now use a product designed to address their changing oral healthcare needs that are specific to their age, and goes beyond what toothpaste and traditional mouthwash can provide.”

According to Sokol, Age Essential helps relieve the most common major conditions, which often occur in the mouths of adults in their 50s including weaker saliva, overall mouth dryness, gingivitis and increased plaque or biofilm formation.

Oasis Consumer Healthcare also markets mouthwash and mouth spray. The new 16oz.mouthwash has a manufacturer’s retail price of $6.99.
