US Patent No. 9,217,125 B2; Greenology Products, Inc., Raleigh, NC, has patented an organic cleaning composition. The formulation is comprised of soapberries; saponified oil; soap bark; sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, alkali and combinations thereof; calcium chloride or salt derivatives; alcohol; thickener(s) and/or viscosifier(s); one or more surfactants; one or more preservatives; peroxide(s)/oxidant(s); fragrances. There is no water. The mixture comprises at least one or not less than 95% organically produced raw or processed agricultural products, or at least 70% certified organic ingredients, excluding salt and water, according to Greenology Products.
