Packaging Concepts Association., LLC, (PCA), a designer and manufacturer of patented, unique, child-resistant spray dispensers, announced that its line of patented M-PAK line of twist lock child resistant spray dispensers have been certified child-resistant and senior friendly by Peritt Laboratories. They comply with the latest child-resistant packaging regulations from the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC). They are easy to use, emit a directional spray and are leak proof, according to PCA. In another announcement, PCA founder Philip Meshberg was granted a patent for the M-PAK 3 sprayer with a reclosable hinge door and stationary actuator. The M-PAK 3 is available in a 1/2-oz. spray dispenser, has a leak-proof seal and delivers a directional, metered, non-aerosol spray.
