Petroferm Merges Two Subsidiaries

Fernandina Beach, FL-based Petroferm, Inc. merged two of its subsidiaries, Lambent Technologies Corp. and Hansotech, Inc. Lambent Technol- ogies, a manufacturer of oleochemical derivatives for the personal care, pharmaceutical, industrial and food markets, will incorporate Hansotech’s line of waxes and butters into its own product line. The Hansotech products will be marketed under the trade name Cirashine, and Lambent will assume the exclusive agency for Kahl waxes in the U.S. which was formerly held by Hansotech, according to company executives. All Hansotech operations will move to Lambent headquarters in Gurnee, IL.
