P&G Assesses Katrina Impact

Procter & Gamble Co. is reviewing the effects from Hurricane Katrina. The Cincinnati-based consumer goods company said it will release an updated financial outlook, including any possible effects from the hurricane, by September 20. About 50% of the company’s coffee, including the Folger’s and Millstone brands, is roasted in New Orleans.
