P&G Expands in Argentina

Procter & Gamble will invest $50 million in its local subsidiary in Argentina in 2016–2017. In another move, P&G announced that about 120 local employees will move to Blue Ash, following the sale of 41 beauty brands to Coty Inc.

According to Damon Jones, a spokesman for P&G, all of the employees who will be moving to support the company’s specialty beauty business, which includes fine fragrances, color cosmetics, hair coloring and styling. The jobs are in a variety of functions, including finance and logistics positions.

Procter & Gamble also said most of its 1,100 employees in Brussels are working from home today following yesterday's bombings that injured more than 270 people and killed at least 31 in the Belgian capital. P&G's innovation center in Brussels remains open.
