Procter & Gamble filed a trade dress, trademark and patent infringement lawsuit against Perrigo. The suit, which was filed in U.S. federal court for the Southern District of Ohio, claims intellectual property infringement by Clay-Park products that imitate Procter’s Olay skin care line. The suit also claims that the Olay “stylized woman” registered trademark has been infringed. Four patents are involved and the company is asking the court to issue a permanent injunction to stop distribution of these products.
