P&G To Build New Beauty R&D Center

Will shutter Sharon Woods and open facility in Mason, according to reports.

According to reports, Procter & Gamble plans to shutter its Sharon Woods Innovation Center in Blue Ash and will construct a new center in Mason house its beauty care R&D.

The $300 million investment will expand its Mason campus to accommodate the 1,150 employees expected to move to the new Beauty Innovation Center.  P&G's oral and personal health care products units is already located in the Mason Business Center.

The Mason city council approved an incentives package for P&G that could be worth $34 million in economic benefits over at least 15 years, according to a report on Cincinnatti.com.
