P&G Ventures Innovation Challenge is Open

Products related to treating chronic skin conditions and symptoms, male wellness, non-toxic home and more are sought.

The P&G Ventures Innovation Challenge—an open call for entrepreneurs to submit their innovative products for a chance to partner with P&G Ventures to create the next billion-dollar brand—is now  open.

P&G Ventures, which functions as a startup studio within Procter & Gamble, has issued a formal invitation to all entrepreneurs, inventors, visionaries and startups to submit their product for consideration to win an all-expense paid trip to pitch live on the P&G stage at The International Consumer Electronics Show 2019 in Las Vegas.The winner of the pitch will receive $10,000, qualify as a finalist in a Techstars accelerator and be provided complimentary attendance to the EY Strategic Growth Forum. 

Submissions close at 11:59 p.m. EST on Nov. 25, 2018.

P&G Ventures
, according to P&G, takes a new approach to creating brands by developing both internal and external ideas, as well as by creating unique partnerships that bring in early-stage startups to help them grow. It not only provides funding and expertise, but also functions as an incubator that's intimately involved in growing startups. P&G Ventures is designed to serve entrepreneurs. This integral element of its mission is a critical point of differentiation.

  • Maintaining a Non-Toxic Home

  • Managing Pain Without Side Effects 
  • Enhancing Male Wellness
Three finalists will be selected and given the opportunity to present their products to the P&G Ventures leadership team in-person at CES 2019. The ultimate winner will be selected by a panel of expert judges, including Leigh Radford, VP and GM of P&G Ventures, and David Cohen, founder and co-CEO of Techstars.

“Great ideas can come from anywhere. We are looking to take the best of entrepreneurs and the best of P&G to solve some of our consumers' biggest problems,” said Radford.
