When it comes to cosmetic science, the Society of Cosmetic Chemists' Annual Meeting is a stage for the experts behind the curtain, so to speak—those building the formulations sold by the hottest brands in the beauty, haircare and skincare. Many, of course, have been featured on Happi.com. Here are a few recent headlines from the past year: SCC's opening keynote speaker, Robb Akridge, PhD, has been making headlines for years in beauty— first at Clarisonic and more recently with Opulus. Read this story featuring Dr. Robb, who discusses his brand's new retinol formulations released earlier this year. Jasmina Aganovic spoke yesterday during Session B.
