Reckitt Benckiser Selects E-centives to Build Consumer Relationships

E-centives Inc., a provider of interactive marketing technologies and services, announced that Reckitt Benckiser will utilize e-centives’ technology platform to build and manage relationships with consumers in the U.S. and UK. E-centives provides a complete interactive marketing platform enabling companies to build a consumer database, establish direct relationships with consumers through personalized e-mail applications, influence their purchase behavior with trackable promotional offers and gain ongoing insights about those consumers.

“We were looking for vendors that could execute our very sophisticated programs,” said Lorenzo Delpani, chief e-business officer and CGD of new initiatives, Reckitt Benckiser. “The one area of concern was the necessity to use multiple vendors and platforms in order to implement them. With the acquisition of BrightStreet and its integration with e-centives’ e mail, reporting and data warehousing platforms, we can now work with one resource and get a consolidated view of our consumers.”
