‘Red’ Hot Hair Care from Pureology

Pureology is rolling out a new line of products designed for color-treated red tresses, which often require extra care as they can fade faster than other shades.


Designed for strawberry blonde to mahogany and everything in between, Reviving Red is billed as the first oil-infused system specifically designed to restore, protect and illuminate all shades of red and copper colour-treated hair.The Reviving Red system maintains the vibrancy of red and coppers, even after 30 washes, according to Pureology.

The Reviving Red system of concentrated oil-infused formulas delivers protective jaljala oil and lycopene extract to help prevent color bleeding and fading. The system also features the Oleo Antifade Complex, exclusive to the Pureology Oil-Care segment, which is composed of a powerful blend of sunflower oil to replenish hair’s natural lipid layer and sunflower seed extract to protect hair from free radical aggressors.

The system includes a full range of products that are designed to not only preserve hair color from root to ends with products such as “shamp’oil,” conditioner and illuminating caring oil, but also maintain color radiance even longer via color depositing conditioning treatments.
