Reflect.com Reaches Over 1 Million Customizations

Reflect.com, the first interactive beauty care brand empowering women to reflect their authentic beauty by creating customized products, announced today that over 1 million customizations have been created since the site launched last year. Reflect.com has been growing exponentially since then.

Conversion has doubled since the redesign of the website in November 2000. The site was redesigned to give women greater control over the creation of customized products, and provide several navigation choices including by a single product, regimen or general browsing. PlanetFeedback.com recently selected Reflect.com for the Consumer’s Voice Award for outstanding customer satisfaction, merchandise quality and delivery in the E-Retailing Industry during 2000.
