Revlon Inc. announced Debra Leipman-Yale, the company’s chief marketing officer, is leaving the company following a brief transition period. Replacing her in this role will be Stephanie Klein-Peponis, who currently serves as the company’s executive vice president, chief planning and business development officer.

Ms. Leipman-Yale joined Revlon in early 2002, following 19 years at Clairol, Inc., where she was president of its international division. At Revlon, she led the marketing and product development teams that have helped grow market share for the company’s brands during the last 12 months. She also has directed the launch of four of the top 10 beauty products sold in the mass market in 2003, according to executives.

Ms. Klein-Peponis joined Revlon’s leadership team in June of 2003 as executive vice president, chief planning and business development officer. Before officially joining Revlon, Stephanie worked with the company as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, where she served as vice president and director.
