Revlon Names Peponis Exec VP of Planning and Business Development

Revlon, Inc. has appointed Stephanie Klein Peponis to the newly created position of executive vice president, chief planning and business development officer, effective June 2nd. Ms. Peponis formerly served as vice president and director of the Boston Consulting Group, a global consulting firm.

Ms. Peponis will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development and refinement of the company’s business strategy. She will help facilitate the company’s planning processes, oversee market research and analysis and evaluate additional opportunities for profitable growth.

Ms. Peponis joined the Boston Consulting Group in 1992, most recently as vice president and director in the New York office. During her tenure, she worked on a wide range of assignments for leading consumer goods companies focused on strategy and growth, most recently at Revlon. In 1997, she spent a year as vice president of strategic planning and business development at Toys R’ Us. Prior to joining the Boston Consulting Group, she worked as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley in corporate finance and capital markets.
