RoC Honors Cheryl Hines at Hamptons Film Festival

Emmy-nominated actress Cheryl Hines was awarded the “Gold Standard Award for Female Feature Director” by RoC Skincare at the 17th Annual Hamptons International Film Festival in East Hampton, NY.

Ms. Hines was honored for her directorial debut, “Serious Moonlight,” which is a tribute to the film’s screenwriter, the late filmmaker Adrienne Shelley, best known for her work on “Waitress,” who passed before her screenplay debuted.

“I am honored by this recognition from RoCSkincare and Hamptons International Film Festival and hope my success opens a window of opportunity for other women to accomplish their dreams and to continue to express themselves through film,” said Ms. Hines, who also stars in HBO’s“Curb Your Enthusiasm.”
