CCA Industries, Inc. posted results for the second quarter and six months ended May 31, 2015. For the three months, sales fell 6% to $6.7 million. For the six months, sales slipped 3% to $13.6 million. The company also took a restructuring charge in the amount of $1.5 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2015. This charge included one-time expenses as a result of the company moving from its facility in East Rutherford, NJ, which comprised approximately 80,000 square feet, to a new space in Ridgefield Park, NJ that consists of approximately 7,414 square feet. CCA will sublet the East Rutherford facility until May 2022, when the company's lease there expires.
