Sales Up 6% at P&G

Increases in beauty and fabric/home care.

The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) delivered net sales growth of 6%to $21 billion for the October – December quarter.

Beauty net sales increased 7% in the second fiscal quarter to $5.2 billion. Fabric Care and Home Care net sales grew 9% to $6.3 billion.

Net sales growth is estimated to be 3-6% for fiscal year 2010.
