Samantha Thomas Wins Gillette “Goddess Giveaway”

The Gillette Company today announced the winner of the Venus Divine “Legs of a Goddess” contestto find the woman with the best legs in America. Twenty-seven-year-old Samantha Thomas of Miamibeach, one of almost a thousand competitors nationwide, clinched the grand prize.

In each city, celebrity choreographer and actor Cris Judd, and a scout from Karin Models, lookedfor women who were confident and enthusiastic, and who had legs that were shapely, toned andhad a good overall appearance. Pop starts Hilary and Haylie Duff, “America’s Next Top Model” winnerYoanna House and David Ortiz of the Bostom Red Sox also made appearances as guest judges atcontest events throughout the summer.

Ms. Thomas attends Nova University and is earning a degree in speech therapy. She will receive aprize package including a Venus Divine-inspired sapphire and diamond necklace designed by M&JSavitt, a trip for four to a tropical resort and the chance to appear in a Gillette Venus commercial.The prize package is valued at $30,000.

Anywoman who has confidence and poise can feel like a goddess.”
