SC Johnson has been named—for the tenth time—to Fortune magazine’s list of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” in America. The Racine, WI-based household products company appears at No. 83 this year.

Fortune specifically credited SC Johnson for no layoffs in 124 years, its low turnover rate and telecommuting option. In addition, the company’s employee concierge service was also recognized as a unique perk.

“We’re a family company,” said chairman and chief executive officer Fisk Johnson. “Receiving recognition for doing what is right for our people inspires us to continue building on a culture where people feel comfortable to be themselves and where they can do their best work. Longevity is important to us at SC Johnson. We want to be here tomorrow and for generations to come, and treating our people with respect, dignity and fairness is one way we work for the long term.”

Employees at SC Johnson have an average tenure of more than 14 years. According to U.S. Census Bureau of Labor, the average tenure for wage and salary workers is 4.1 years. The company has a turnover rate of just 2%.

The ranking will appear in the Feb. 8 edition of Fortune, which hits newsstands this week.
