Beauty retailer Sephora has opened the application portal for its 2025 incubator program, which is now in its 10th year.

In 2021, Sephora revamped Accelerate to focus exclusively on BIPOC+ founders.

Participants will benefit from 360°, six-month curriculum that includes mentorship, merchandising support, access to grants, investor connections and more, according to Sephora, which is part of LVMH. Each program participant is also assigned a dedicated advisory team, including a financial and investment expert, a legacy industry partner and a current brand founder from within the Sephora portfolio of brands. Accelerate brands currently available to shop at Sephora include: 54 Thrones, BASMA, Brown Girl Jane, EADEM, Fara Homidi, Hyper Skin, Kulfi, Mango People, RIES, Sienna Naturals, Topicals, OUI the People and Shaz & Kiks.

Further, Accelerate program also serves a potential pathway for founders to launch their brands at Sephora.

Applicatants are required to be at least 18 years old, have a North American-incorporated company and be in the early stages of development (not yet widely distributed by others), according to Sephora.

Finalists will be announced in December. The program kicks off in January 2025.

In selecting finalists, Sephora says it also considers each brand’s vision, innovation, and current product development.

The application period closes on Sept. 23, 2024. Interested brands can apply at SephoraAccelerate.com
