US Patent No. 9,839,588 B2l; Shiseido has patented a skin preparation comprising a finely dispersed wax composition dispersed in a solid or semisolid form in an aqueous dispersion medium at room temperature. It also contains a nonionic surfactant that has one or more selected from among polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers, polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene alkyl ethers, polyoxyethylene glyceryl ether fatty acid esters, polyoxyethylene castor oil, and polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil and their derivatives, an ionic water-soluble thickener, and at least one of silicone oil and fluorinated oil which is liquid at room temperature.
