Sozio Acquires Alpine Aromatics

Sozio, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Alpine Aromatics. Founded in 1757 in Grasse, South of France, Sozio has over 250 years experience in the world of perfumery. For over 50 years, Alpine Aromatics has been a responsive and trusted business partner in the fragrancing industry.

According to a statement from Sozio: “Both Sozio and Alpine are about quality fragrances and great customer service. As a combined company, we intend to strengthen and expand our global presence. The combination of Sozio’s global presence with Alpine’s domestic strength will provide our clients with the best offerings from each company. This partnership is also expected to result in greater manufacturing efficiencies and customer satisfaction.We will continue to build upon our outstanding customer experiences and strong and unique partnerships. While we will operate separately for a time, Sozio and Alpine are now one family and our commitment to creating the best customer experience is stronger than ever.”

Over time, and with the appropriate notices, the company will merge Sozio and Alpine, with Sozio eventually operating from Alpine’s Piscataway location.
