Current Nextel Cup Champion Tony Stewart, who has been sponsored by Old Spice for the past six seasons in the Nextel Cup Series, will be driving the brand’s Busch Series stock car this year. The #33 Old Spice Chevrolet Monte Carlo will appear in eight races and make its Busch Series debut in the Hershey’s Kissables 300 at Daytona International Speedway on Feb. 18, 2006. In addition, Stewart is working with Old Spice to give some lucky fans the towel right off his shoulder through the Victory Sweat Towel Auction program. After every Busch Series victory this season, Stewart will immediately autograph and hand over his Old Spice towel in the winner’s circle (as seen in countless post-race interviews) for an auction to benefit The Victory Junction Gang Camp. Fans can place a bid for the towel by logging onto www.OldSpice.com shortly after the race. The #33 Old Spice Chevrolet in the Busch Series will run: Feb. 18 – Daytona International Speedway; March 11 – Las Vegas Motor Speedway; April 29 – Talladega Superspeedway; May 27 – Lowe’s Motor Speedway; July 8 – Chicagoland Speedway; August 20 – Michigan International Speedway; Sept. 2 – California Speedway; and Sept. 30 – Kansas Speedway.
