The quarter four results increased 118.3% compared to $119.1 million the year before.

Several factors contributed to The Beauty Healthy Company’s successful fourth quarter. Of them, 100% of the company’s public warrants were exercised or redeemed, generating cash proceeds of $185.4 million. Additionally, The Beauty Health Company entered seven new countries via the acquisition of four distributors and executed growth in retail channel, recently reopening the Perk by Sephora offering in the US, in addition to continued strength with newly-announced Nordstrom and Ulta partnerships. The company also prepared the new delivery system, Syndeo, for an imminent launch. Syndeo is a significant technology upgrade from the existing HydraFacial Delivery System, evolving from analog to digital by collecting data to fully understand consumer and provider behavior.

For the year ahead, up to $20 million of capital expenditures are expected.

The Beauty Health Company captures the white space between medical aesthetics and prestige beauty. The company recently appointed global beauty industry veteran Andrew Stanleick as its new CEO. With over a quarter of a century of retail experience, Stanleick was most recently executive vice president, Americas & Global CEO for the joint venture with Kylie Jenner Beauty/Kim Kardashian West at COTY.

Stanleick will work alongside executive chairman Brent Saunders, former CEO of Allergen, and the entire management team to deliver long-term growth and capitalize on the large market opportunity through the company’s key strategic initiatives.
