Patent No. US 6,986,895 B2: Greenwich, CT based Unilever Home & Personal Care USA, a division of Conopco, Inc., has patented a cosmetic composition. The cosmetic composition comprises about 0.01 to 20% of a C1–C25 alpha- or beta-hydroxy carboxylic acid; about 0.01 to 10% of a taurate copolymer; and a cosmetically acceptable carrier, wherein the composition has a pH of less than seven. ●
