Unilever Prestige Announces New Management Structure

Laura Lee Miller, president of Unilever Prestige, a division of Unilever Cosmetics International, announced a new organizational structure to support global brand development and marketing for the Unilever Prestige portfolio of fragrance brands. Michael D’Arminio is the executive director of creative communications, Unilever Prestige. He had been advertising manager for Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company. Molly Enderle, who reports to Mr. D’Arminio, has been named creative communications manager. She had been with TBWA Chiat/Day.

Kellie Como has been director of fragrance development. She had been with Gryphon Development. Tim Greene joins the group as director of trade marketing for the Americas. He had been with Swatch. Rob Hawk has been named financial director. He was previously the director of global forecasting for Unilever Cosmetics International. Gina Paterno has been named director of global marketing for the Nautica brand and Justin Boxford has been named manager of global marketing for the Nautica brand.Heather Benson has been named director of global marketing for Vera Wang. She had been global marketing manager for Calvin Klein Color.

In other appointments, Marisa Thalberg has been promoted to vice president, global advertising and production, Unilever Cosmetics International and Elizabeth Musmanno was named vice president, global communications and retail development for Unilever Cosmetics International.
