Urban Decay Goes Back To The 80s

Patrick Nagel prints adorn lip kit packaging.

An ‘80s icon, artist Patrick Nagel heralded a new wave of illustration that challenged the status quo of traditional poster art. Shaped by the birth of MTV, the popularity of music videos like Duran Duran’s “Girls on Film,” and the emergence of the supermodel, his style defined and influenced a generation.

Out now by Urban Decay is a trio of Vice Lipstick Palettes featuring some of Nagel’s most iconic prints. Each palette holds five shades of Vice Lipstick, from cult favorites to exclusive shades shoppers won’t find anywhere else, according to the company.

Outside of urbandecay.com, Nagel Vice Lipstick Palette in Rio ($28) is available at Ulta while Nagel Vice Lipstick Palette in Sunglasses ($28) is exclusively online at sephora.com. And, Nagel Vice Lipstick Palette in Untitled ($28) is out at Macy’s.
